Understanding Audiences Through Broadcast & Digital Audio
My role involved gathering and interpreting audience insights using a mix of tools and qualitative data. Through platforms like Veritonic, Nielsen CMV, and Audology. I helped asses how listeners respond to messaging through audio, its recall and effectiveness, in achieving client objectives.
Developing Insight-led Client Decks
In collaboration with the insights team, I worked on transforming complex data into clear, visual stories for client presentation decks. Each deck needed to translate research findings into creative and strategic recommendations that clients could act on.
This process taught me how design, tone, and narrative framing can make data more persuasive, helping insights resonate beyond the numbers.
Research & Insights Analyst - Internship
During my time with the Research & Insights team (SCAiQ) at Southern Cross Austereo, I explored how audiences engage with broadcast, podcast, and digital audio. Working across national campaigns. I contributed to research that helps shape brand advertising strategy.
This experience deepened my understanding of how data, culture, and creativity work together to build authentic audience connections.
