Repot provided short and long term recommendations to strengthen Bare's operational marketing strategy. These included improving communication touchpoints, enhancing brand empathy, and aligning service processes with their human-centred brand values.
For this consultancy style project, I conducted a full service marketing audit of Bare, assessing the customer journey from awareness to aftercare. Using frameworks like the 7Ps of Services Marketing and Service Blueprinting, I identified opportunities to improve both internal efficiency and customer experience.
